What happens after payment?
The order receives a payment status and an order chat opens. Order details and the selected product instructions will appear there.
What does the PLPB guarantee cover?
If the result described on the product page cannot be delivered, PLPB will review the order and help resolve it. If fulfilment is impossible, the order value is refunded. Cases are reviewed individually.
Where can I see the delivery time?
The delivery time is shown on the selected product and option, then repeated during checkout. It can differ between plans for the same product.
