User agreement

This agreement governs use of the PLPB storefront on plpb.tech, including orders through the Telegram bot and Telegram Mini App.

1. General terms

By browsing the storefront, placing or paying for an order, or opening an order chat, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement.

2. PLPB's role

PLPB is a digital platform for choosing and ordering digital products and services. After payment, the order enters PLPB fulfilment and is routed according to the selected option and availability.

PLPB is not an official representative of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Rockstar Games or other rights holders whose products may appear in the catalog.

3. Products and services

The catalog may include digital subscriptions, balance top-ups, licences, gift codes, gaming products and other intangible products or services. The product page states the plan, period, platform, region, delivery method and restrictions.

4. Order and price

For a published option, the final amount is shown before payment. If a product has a starting price or requires a quote, the final amount is confirmed before any charge. Check the product, option, quantity, platform, region and contact details before paying.

5. Payment and delivery

After payment confirmation, the order enters PLPB fulfilment. The result, instructions and messages appear in the order chat; notifications may also be duplicated in Telegram. The required data depends on the selected product and is shown before checkout.

6. Refunds

Fulfilment, warranty and refunds are described in the order fulfilment and refund policy. If the listed result cannot be provided, PLPB reviews the order and helps resolve it or refunds its price.

7. Responsibility and limits

• Third-party prices, availability and terms may change under the rights holder's rules.
• You are responsible for following the rules of the third-party service you use.
• Temporary network, payment or third-party outages may affect fulfilment time.

8. User obligations, conduct rules, and Blacklist

8.1. Cooperation and instructions: The user undertakes to follow technical instructions provided by the PLPB platform for digital fulfillment (including payment links, session keys, account IDs, invites, or connection setup).

8.2. Refusal to follow instructions: If the user refuses to follow technical fulfillment instructions or provides intentionally invalid data making order fulfillment impossible through the user's fault, the PLPB platform reserves the right to terminate order execution. In such case, supplier expenses actually incurred by the platform are non-refundable in accordance with applicable laws.

8.3. Prohibition of abuse: Obscene language, harassment, insults, or threats directed at PLPB care team members or the platform across any communication channels are strictly prohibited.

8.4. Prohibition of spam: Spamming, message flooding, mass generation of duplicate orders, and intentional disruption of platform operations are prohibited.

8.5. Sanctions and Blacklisting: In case of violation of clauses 8.1–8.4, the PLPB platform reserves the right to blacklist the user, blocking future orders on the storefront and Telegram Mini App, as well as support requests.

The user also agrees to use products lawfully and not share access with third parties when prohibited.

9. Personal data

Data processing follows the privacy policy. PLPB uses only the information needed for the selected order flow.

10. Changes

PLPB may update this agreement, prices, catalog and checkout terms. The current version is published on this page.
