Do I need to understand coding, terminal commands or servers?
No, not at all. The whole purpose of PLPB services is to free you from technical complexity. Our team configures everything, tests the result and delivers a simple, clear guide.
How are access credentials transferred?
We never request permanent passwords for your personal email or main accounts. For servers, you share temporary credentials in the secure order chat and immediately change them after delivery. For Claude Code, you run commands yourself following our step-by-step guidance.
How long does fulfillment take?
Base server or Claude Code setup takes from 30 minutes to 2–4 hours during business hours (10:00–22:00 MSK). Telegram bot creation with knowledge base ingestion takes 1–3 business days.
What if something stops working or questions arise later?
Every completed service comes with an official PLPB guarantee: 14 days for servers and Claude Code, 30 days for Telegram bots. Any issues within the agreed scope are resolved promptly and free of charge.
Can I pay with Russian bank cards or SBP?
Yes, all services are paid in rubles via SBP or Russian bank cards (MIR, Visa, Mastercard). Funds are secured by the platform until work delivery.
