• Order messages and technical order status information.
• IP address, user agent and cookies needed for site operation and security.
• Analytics data from Matomo and Yandex Metrica when enabled.
• Browser and device signals and a pseudonymous visitor identifier from Fingerprint to identify visitors.
• reCAPTCHA risk assessment data when a form or order requires an additional security check.

• To receive and fulfil orders for digital products and activation services.
• To contact you about an order and provide support.
• To improve the site, prevent abuse and comply with applicable law.

4. Sharing

PLPB does not sell personal data. We may share the minimum information needed with service providers such as hosting, support messengers, payment providers, analytics providers (Matomo and Yandex) and security providers (Fingerprint and Google reCAPTCHA), or when required by law. Third-party services receive only the data needed for analytics, visitor identification, security or the selected order flow.

5. Retention

Order data is kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order, provide support and meet legal requirements. You can ask about the data connected with your order at help@plpb.tech.
